Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservations can be made
here.
The hotels are situated in the city centre of Örebro and a few kilometres
outside. The Conference venue, Conventum, within walking distance from all
hotels located in the city centre. All hotel rooms in all categories have
private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television and breakfast facilities.
Elite Stora Hotellet 4*
Elite Stora Hotellet is beautifully situated near Örebro Castle by the Svartå
River. As guest you will experience the atmosphere of a classic city hotel with
stylishly appointed rooms. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the
conference venue. Breakfast included.
Scandic Grand Hotel 4*
The Scandic Grand Hotel is a modern hotel with a perfect location next to the
conference venue. Includes sauna and jacuzzi access. Some rooms have wireless
internet access.
Breakfast included.
The room rates below are in SEK per room, per night, including full breakfast
buffet, tax and service. Please note that the hotel bill will be settled in
Swedish Kronor (SEK) directly to Congrex.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved and confirmed when Congrex has received
your hotel payment.
Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired
accommodation should be fully booked.
To secure your reservation please make sure to settle the hotel payment in
connection with the registration fee. Rooms will be guaranteed until 15 March
2009. After this deadline accommodation and rates will be confirmed according to
availability.
Will you also participate in the TASC II meeting following the PAD 2009 meeting,
you can make your hotel reservation here. Please note the extended hotel night
is only available at Elite Stora Hotellet.
The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and confirmed
on the registration form if you should you check out before confirmed departure
date or in case of no-show.
All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel
reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please
do not contact the hotel directly.
